City Councilperson Mike Patterson and County Legislator Vince Felder Endorse Mayor Lovely Warren

Northeast Rochester Leaders Support Warren Because “She Has Delivered for Our Neighborhoods!”

(Thursday, June 17, 2021) – City Councilmember Mike Patterson and County Legislator Vince Felder today endorsed Rochester Mayor Lovely Warren. The two Northeast Rochester leaders stressed all that Mayor Warren has done to deliver for city neighborhoods, particularly in their districts.

“Mayor Warren is the first Mayor in decades to deliver for every corner of our City,” said Patterson. “Northeast Rochester is seeing over $150 million in investment in new housing and community improvements like The International Plaza and Don Samuel Torres Parks. These projects for our families don’t happen unless a Mayor, like Lovely Warren, fights for them!”

County Legislator Vince Felder stressed Mayor Warren’s success in saving and creating jobs at the Genesee Brewery and Hickey Freeman.

“Lovely has delivered jobs for our families, so we can build wealth and provide a strong foundation for our kids,” said Felder. “The Genesee Brewery and Hickey-Freeman are successful right here in the Northeast because Mayor Warren brought leaders at all levels together to get the job done.”

Mayor Lovely Warren thanked both Patterson and Felder for their support.

“Councilmember Patterson and County Legislator Felder are respected voices in our community,” said Warren. “They are known for putting our people first and fighting for our neighborhoods. That’s why I am proud to have their endorsement. They know that I have delivered for our children and families not just in the Northeast, but every corner of Rochester.”

Both Patterson and Felder stressed that everyone in our community needs to get out and vote.

“We need to see you all at the polls. The only way we keep the progress going for more jobs, safer more vibrant neighborhoods and greater educational opportunities is if you vote!” said Patterson.

“Don’t let anyone stop our progress for our neighborhoods and our families,” said Felder. “You need to stand up and vote for Mayor Warren so she can keep delivering for us!”
